1 Fully Plant-based
We are Switzerland’s first plant-based and artisanal bakery specializing in Scandinavian products. We believe that when it comes to baked goods and pastries, plant-based ingredients can achieve the same or better results, and we are excited to show how delicious and indulgent plant-based pastries can be while also being more environmentally friendly and better for you!

2 Scandinavian Baking Traditions
With a strong background in Danish baking traditions, we follow our passion to bring more Scandinavian products to Switzerland. We are constantly doing our research in the fast-growing culinary capital of Copenhagen in order to get inspiration for our next product. We reinvent the Nordic classics, and we make sure to incorporate Nordic spices and techniques into our work - we are in love with cardamom!

3 Local Produce and Collaborations
We mainly work with amazing local companies based in and around Zürich. All our flour comes from Maismühle Landoldt in Näfels, our chocolate comes from Kürzi Kakao in Zürich, and we work closely together with Das Pure in Wetzikon for miso and specialty ingredients. The list of local Swiss suppliers goes on. Community is a huge part of our approach to doing business. By collaborating with local companies, we make sure to have the freshest produce possible, ensure ethical integrity throughout our supply chain, and make meaningful connections along the way.

Our founder

Our founder Bianca was born and raised in Denmark, where the food scene is always evolving and the cake culture plays an important role in the way people spend time together. She wanted to increase the offering of specialty sweets in Zürich and add her touch to the growing plant-based scene. As she was missing the classic Danish cinnamon roll, she decided that this would be her first product.
